Muldoon’s former brother-in-law Wolfgang Wilkins, made the application for the order in Nowra Court on January 24, where he made some startling claims including the actor had links to the Russian Mafia in Melbourne and saying he had fears for his safety.
Nowra Magistrate Dr Gabriel Fleming originally adjourned the matter due to Mr Muldoon, who lives in Melbourne, not receiving the notice to appear in court.
The mater was again listed for Nowra Local Court on Friday with neither party turning up, so Magistrate Fleming dismissed the application.
