After the round games of the 2013/14 under 21 competition, Shoalhaven and South Coast remain equal on points at the top of the table with four wins and one loss each.
Due to a quotient system of points differential, South Coast ranked first and will host the final.
The teams met in round one of the Jeffrey Cup with South Coast chasing down a small first innings total to score a seven wicket victory.
Since then however, Shoalhaven responded to win their next two games and received two forfeits in their following two games.
South Coast have been the powerhouse of the Jeffrey Cup competition in recent times winning three of the last four years.
Shoalhaven knocked off South Coast in a low scoring game in 2010/11 to be the last time they took out the competition.
Skipper Blake Munilla will hope to lead from the front this weekend against the strong South Coast outfit.
Shoalhaven will welcome the return of Lain Beckett to the Jeffrey Cup team and will hope he can provide a spark that will see them get over the line.
The squad for the final will be slightly different to the one that fronted up against South Coast in round one and Shoalhaven will hope for a different result.
The squad for the game this Sunday at Geoff Shaw Oval includes; Blake Munilla (c), Dan Beasley (wk), Adam Ison, Ben Lahene, Scott Fagerlund, Matt Gilkes, Brandon Booth, Jordan Matthews, John Muggleton, Lain Beckett, Nate Jones and Jarryd Sue.
