The beach will be closed to boaters. However, spectators are welcome to join in the fun which will see 30 clubs compete from across NSW, including local speedsters Nowra Waterdragons.
A series of fast-paced 300-metre races will commence from 8.30am and information, food and coffee stalls will be available for everyone to enjoy.
Signs about the closure have been up around the area in the weeks leading up to the race.
