Lorrae Sampson, who has been acting in the role for some months, has been confirmed in the position that will see her responsible for Nowra Anglican College in Bomaderry and Shoalhaven Anglican School in Milton.
“Having acted in the position over the last few months, Mrs Sampson has demonstrated a capacity to work across both school communities, and the council is confident that she will be able to continue to develop and introduce educational, pastoral and co-curricular programs that make Nowra Anglican College and Shoalhaven Anglican School Milton schools of choice on the NSW South Coast,” said chairman of Shoalhaven region Anglican Schools Bill Shields.
Mrs Sampson has more than 25 years’ experience in independent and public education. Before joining Nowra Anglican College, she worked at St Columba Anglican School in Port Macquarie.
“I want to see our schools continue to develop their potential and bring a certain richness to learning,” Mrs Sampson said.
“I look forward to working with our students, their families and the broader community to provide the very best school education in the Shoalhaven.”
