Acting on information, Shoalhaven detectives and Nowra Police went to an address in Worrigee earlier this morning, with Duke located in the rear bedroom of the house.
He was arrested without incident and is now in custody and is expected to appear in Nowra Local Court later this morning.
Shoalhaven detective Sergeant Scott Nelson said his team was delighted with the outcome.
Shoalhaven detectives formed Strikeforce Biloela when Duke escaped on June 8.
“We have received a huge amount of information and leads on Duke’s whereabouts and we must thank the public for all its assistance,” Det Sgt Nelson said.
