Three NSW Ambulance crews, Rural Fire Service crews from Tomerong and Falls Creek along with NSW Police are attending the crash scene on the Princes Highway at Falls Creek.
Eight people were in the three-vehicle crash near Pepper Road, south of the Jervis Bay Road turnoff.
Ambulance media reports everyone is out of the vehicles, only suffering minor injuries.
One person has a sternum injury and another a leg injury and at this point no one has been transported to hospital for treatment.
Traffic in the area remains heavy.

Three-car crash on Princes Highway, south of Nowra
Emergency services are on their way to a three-car accident on the Princes Highway at Falls Creek, south of Nowra.
The accident happened around 3.20pm near the intersection with Pepper Road, south of the Jervis Bay Road turn off.
Traffic is affected in both directions, and there are heavy traffic conditions.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution and allow extra travel time.
