Police were called to St John the Evangelist Catholic High School by security around 10pm on Sunday, May 17.
Officers found a woman and a man on the property with various pieces of office equipment.
They were arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station.
Police allege the pair had used a key, that had been stolen from the property during a previous break-in, to gain access to the school.
The 35-year-old Nowra woman has been charged with aggravated break and enter in company and with having her faced disguised with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The 27-year-old Nowra man was charged with aggravated break and enter in company,
They were refused bail by police and later also refused bail in Wollongong Local Court where they appeared via AVL.
They will reappear in Nowra Local Court on July 6.
Police found a set of keys during the break-in and following inquiries by the proactive crime team, officers went to a property at Nowra East on Monday, May 18, where they spoke to a 16-year-old male.
Police executed a search warrant on the premises and located a number of items allegedly stolen during two separate break-ins at Nowra High School.
Police allegedly found computers and cash taken during the break-ins in the early hours of May 7 and again on May 15.
He has been charged with multiple break and enter offences and will appear in Nowra Children's Court on August 6.
