The 28-year-old, who was recently crowned joint Sheffield Shield Player of the Year, took out the Bill Lawry Medal for his outstanding long-form season with Victoria, which saw him make 780 runs at an average of 86.67.
The former Bomaderry High School student, in just his second season with the team, also won the player-voted John Scholes Award - voted on by the Victorian male players and given to the player judged to best exhibit Victorian values.
The ceremony also saw Annabel Sutherland win the Sharon Tredrea Award - announcing herself as one of the brightest young prospects in the country.
The 18-year-old was a standout contributor to Victoria's WNCL side before making her Australian T20I debut in February and being part of Australia's successful ICC World Cup squad in March.
Aaron Finch's impressive One-Day Cup campaign saw him named One-Day Player of the Year.
The Australian limited overs captain compiled more than 400 runs for the tournament including an unbeaten 188 not out against Queensland and another century against South Australia.
Jake Fraser-McGurk and Tess Flintoff won the Future Star awards.
Fraser-McGurk became one of Victoria's youngest ever first-class debutants when he played against Queensland at the MCG last November, while Flintoff made her WNCL debut in Adelaide in September before captaining Victoria Metro at the under 18s National Championships.
Marcus Stoinis and Lizelle Lee were named the BBL and WBBL Players of the Season for the Melbourne Stars, while Beau Webster and Jess Duffin were the BBL and WBBL Players of the Season for the Melbourne Renegades.
