South Coast Police have urged two witnesses who allegedly helped a man after his bicycle had been struck by a car in the Nowra CBD in late January to come forward.

About 7.20pm Monday, January 27, a 51-year-old man was riding a bicycle in a southerly direction along Stewart Place, Nowra, before entering Lawrence Avenue.
The bicycle collided with a red Nissan Navara that was travelling west along Worrigee Street.
The man, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, was taken to Shoalhaven District Hospital with suspected head injuries.
He later died on Friday, January 31. The man suffered from a pre-existing head injury and cause of death is yet to be determined.
Police would like to speak with two members of the public, a man and a woman, who are believed to have assisted the man following the crash and have renewed an appeal for them and any other possible witnesses to come forward.
As inquiries into the crash continue, police are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage to contact South Coast Police on 4421 9699 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
A brief is being prepared for the information of the coroner.
