The Nowra Show Society is pleased to announce five entrants for the 2020 Nowra Showgirl Competition.
Meet the entrants:
Chipo Machingura sponsored by: Integrity Real Estate
Chipo, 20, from Worrigee is completing a Cert IV in Laboratory Techniques.
Previously Chipo has completed a certificate in Aged Care and works as a Care Employee at Clelland Lodge.
A graduate of Bomaderry High School, Chipo enjoys the outdoors, especially walking or running, and plays volleyball.
With her spare time, Chipo is going to start volunteering with Safe Shelter as a means of helping her local community and meeting new people.

Caitlin, 22, from South Nowra currently works as an Optical Assistant and In-Store Trainer at Specsavers Nowra.
Caitlin grew up in the Shoalhaven and makes the most of going to the beach locally, but also enjoys travelling.
Caitlin was involved with the Australian Navy Cadets for many years and volunteers with Wildlife Rescue South Coast.
Entering the Showgirl Competition is an opportunity for Cailtin to become more involved in the local community.
Charlotte Phillips sponsored by: One Agency Elite Property Group Nowra
Charlotte, 18, from Bangalee has just completed Year 12. Next year, Charlotte plans to study Bio-nanotechnology at Wollongong.
Charlotte is a keen horse rider and is involved in the local pony club and dressage club, as well as volunteering at a nearby riding school.
Charlotte hopes her involvement in the Showgirl Competition will encourage more people to be involved in our rural community.
Imogen Clarke sponsored by: ABlock Builders
Imogen, 20, from Nowra is currently studying a Bachelor of Medical and Health Sciences at the University of Wollongong.
Outside of study, Imogen enjoys the performing arts and is actively involved in AMTC, both on and off stage. Imogen's sporting interests, other than dancing, include playing Netball for North Nowra Bomaderry Netball Club.
After finishing her studies, Imogen hopes to become an Intensive Care Paramedic.
Annalise McDonald sponsored by: Reg Cochrane Pastoral
Annalise, 21, from Falls Creek is currently working as a dairy hand in Pyree.
In her spare time, Annalise enjoys horse riding, particularly Show Jumping, with her horses Trevor and Spartacus.
This year is Annalise's first working in the agricultural industry and she has aims to further develop her skills in this area by pursuing study in the future.
Annalise is involved in the Nowra Show Society and ASC Next Gen as a Group 5 delegate.
Judging for the 2020 Competition will start with a lunch and interviews, followed up the annual Showgirl Presentation Dinner at the Nowra Golf Club where the 2020 Showgirl will be announced.
The Nowra Show Society congratulated all entrants and wishes them well for Saturday. It also thanked the many businesses who have supported the competition.
All Showgirl entrants will be at the Nowra Show, February 7 and 8, 2020.
