Around 1am on Sunday, November 17, emergency services were called to Romar Close, Bomaderry after reports a car was on fire.
The black Subaru was extensively damaged in the incident.
The vehicle has been examined by South Coast Police forensic officers and a report will be prepared.
Police are also investigating after a Mitsubishi Triton was damaged by fire near Yerriyong, west of Nowra, on Saturday morning (November 16).

Emergency services were called to the intersection of Braidwood Road and Cassia Road around 8.15am where the Triton was well alight.
Police said the owner had left the vehicle for a short period of time and returned to find it on fire.
The vehicle was totally destroyed in the fire.
