The Order of Australia Association Shoalhaven Group held their annual welcome event for new order recipients.
Organiser Rod Gibb said he estimated there were about 50 Order of Australia recipients in the region, and the high tea provided an opportunity for fellowship, as well as welcoming this year's recipients.
Six Shoalhaven residents were honoured this year, and four of those were able to attend the high tea; Sue Davies OAM, Alan Stephenson OAM, Laurie McGinty OAM and Clem McNamara OAM.
Entertainment was provided by Nowra Anglican College.
