Wishart opened her assault on the under 14 girls title by winning heat four of the opening round.
The Kiama High School student's two-wave score of 5.83 and 5.00 (10.83) saw her edge out Lucy Brown (7.76), Rosie Smart (7.40) and Tayla Green (4.27).
This win progressed the Werri Beach Boardrider to quarter-final number three, which she again won, on the back of waves of 7.00 and 5.00 - for a total of 12.00, ousting Jahly Stokes (10.16), Charlotte Murray (5.50) and Riley Du Preez (3.63).
In semi-final number two, Wishart maintained her strong form, to score a 14.80.
This saw her finish second to Ellie Harrison (14.83) and ahead of Rosie Smart (14.43) - which was enough see her progress to the final.
In the decider, Harrison was again her main nemesis, with the Barwon Heads product again getting the better of Wishart, 18.33 to 13.67 - seeing the Werri rider have to settle for second place.
