Two men charged after allegedly stealing an iPhone and a small amount of cash from a 16-year-old boy in Nowra on Tuesday, July 9, while armed with a knife, have been refused bail.

Jarrad Kane Wilkinson, of South Nowra, and Matthew Braddick, of Nowra, both aged 20, did not appear in Nowra Local Court before Magistrate Michael Stoddart on Wednesday, July 10.
Wilkinson is charged with robbery armed with an offensive weapon and Braddick with robbery in company.
It is alleged Wilkinson approached the boy at the Shoalhaven Netball Courts in South Nowra around 12.30pm on July 9, speaking to him before leaving and heading into bushland at the rear of the courts.
Approximately 20 minutes later it is alleged Wilkinson returned with Braddick, approached the boy and produced a knife before demanding property.
The boy handed over $5 cash and his iPhone 6 Plus, before the men allegedly fled into bushland.
About 2.15pm, Wilkinson and Braddick, who matched the description of the offenders, were spotted by police walking along the Princes Highway at Nowra.
Police searched the men and allegedly located the victim's property.
They were arrested and taken to the Nowra Police Station, charged and refused bail.
Neither Wilkinson or Braddick appeared in person before Magistrate Stoddart on Wednesday.
No pleas were entered to the charges, bail was not applied for and was formally refused.
The pair will return to court on Friday, July 12 where bail is expected to be applied for.
