John Paul Gibson, 45, appeared before registrar Craig Cockburn in Nowra Local Court on Monday, July 8, charged with possessing child abuse material.
Court papers said Gibson allegedly had electronic child abuse material on an Apple Mac desktop computer at Sanctuary Point between December 1, 2016 and September 3 last year.
He will reappear in Nowra Local Court on August 26.
