Levi Johns took out the A grade mountain championship from Aaron Coglan and Jade Colligan, while Mark Williams, Gavin Nethrey and Rob Rix were the top three in B grade.
In C grade, Dean Jackson won from Henry Wakeford and Michael Thompson, as John Cullity, Jo Chalain and Mark Bagnall top D grade.
Levi John backed up his mountain championship with first in the A grade individual time trial section – edging Mark Astley and Aaron Coghlan.
While B, C and D grade’s top three were Mark Williams, Ian Kielly and Jason Spence, Henry Wakeford, Dean Jackson and Ben Wlalis and Jo Chailain, Amy Motram and Ashley Johns respectively.
In the road championship, Jade Colligan won A grade from Nick Johns and Shane Wood, as Michael Berriman, Richard Vitiello and Gavin Nethrey topped B grade.
C grade’s top three were Patrick Wright, Ben Wallis and Matt O’Hearn, with Jo Chailain, Amy Mottram and Kate Drake being D grade’s best.
As such, Jade Colligan (A grade), Mark Williams (B grade), Dean Jackson (C grade) and Jo Chailian (D grade) were named overall champions.
Other wards went to Daniel Wells (Vic and John Jones Memorial Shield), Ben Wallis (Jack Hartnett Memorial), Isaac Mitchell (Johnson Memorial), Michael Berriman (most improved) and Jade Colligan (Robbie Williams Memorial Shield).
Finally, Amy Mottram took out the Optus Series Individual Award from Jo Chalain, Levi Johns and Geoff Lockhart, while the Access Storage team, of Levi Johns, Godfrey Green, Scott James, Gavin Nethery, Henry Wakeford, Ben Wallis, Frank Neri, Jose Pereira, Dave Gray, Isaac Mitchell, Michael Berriman, Lynne Vaughan, Jo Chalain and Mark Robbins, were crowned Optus Series Team of the Year.
