THE Huskisson-Vincentia Seagulls and Gerringong Breakers have both been rewarded for their strong 2018 Shoalhaven Football seasons, by being named as joint winners of the club championship.

Despite seven different competition contributing to the points tally of the club championship, the clubs couldn’t be split – both ending on a total of 46 points
The Breakers received 10 points for finishing second in first grade, eight for finishing fourth in reserve grade men and five points for finishing fifth in third grade men.
On top of that, they finished second in women’s division one (seven points), first in women’s division one reserves (eight points), sixth in over 35 men first grade (one point) and sixth in over 35s men reserves (three points).
Not to be outdone, the Seagulls claimed eight points for finishing fourth in men’s first grade, 11 points for being minor premiers in men’s reserve grade and nine points for securing second spot on the men’s third grade table.
Their women were also strong across the board, finishing sixth in division one first grade (three points) and fifth in division one reserve grade (four points).
Rounding out the points for Huskisson were the over 35 men’s teams, who finished seventh in first grade (three points) and seventh in reserve grade (two points) respectively.
This pair just edged out Culburra (41 points), Illaroo (36), Bomaderry (35) and St Georges Basin (32).
The rest of the clubs finished as follows; Shoalhaven Heads-Berry (25), Shoalhaven United (23), Milton-Ulladulla (21), Callala (20), Sussex (17) and Manyana (10).
