THE Milton Ulladulla and Districts Branch of the Australian Red Cross hosted the annual Country Zone Seven conference at the Bomaderry Bowling Club on Tuesday.

This annual conference is held to provide a platform for delegates from all involved branches to receive the latest developments and initiatives being provided by the Red Cross for all its members.
Over 70 delegates attended the conference and heard presentations from guest speakers Judy Harper (Central Regional Manager), Margaret Peppitt (Milton Ulladulla and Districts Branch, Chris Mansfield (NSW Membership team leader) and Annie Lucas (Central Regional Office)
Annie provided current information on such topics as ready kits, ethical framework, membership updates, Save a Mate, and regional updates.
Entertainment was provided by Community Visitors Scheme volunteer, Michael Downie, and the Vincentia Red Cross singers and was enjoyed by all those present.
Staff from the Bomaderry Bowling Club once again gave the Red Cross an excellent meal and great support.
The day concluded with all the delegates confirming that it was an informative and enjoyable day.
Everyone is now looking forward to next year’s Zone Conference which will be hosted by the Vincentia Red Cross branch.
