Featuring Jillaroos captain Sims, the Roosters women's squad boasts an exciting mix between representative and young up-and-coming talent to compete in the first NRLW season.
Roosters football relationships and programs manager Craig Walker was integral in the signing process and expressed his delight in the squad.
"We were proactive in the early stages of the marquee signing phase to find the right players that fit in with what we do here at the Sydney Roosters," Walker said.
"Adam Hartigan and I wrote down a targeted list of players we wanted to speak to, made contact with them, invited them to the club and spoke to them about what the Roosters are about.
"We managed to sign everyone we had on the list, which is a huge accomplishment and boost leading into the start of the season.”
Sims also expressed her thoughts about the upcoming season and the squad she'll play alongside in 2018.
"To be a part of such a great team with such a great group of girls at a foundation club like the Roosters is really special," Sims said.
"Now I just can't wait to rip in and start training."
