Four councillors were leaving for a Liberal Party function, and so they put the agenda on hold until the following week, when presumably they were all able to attend.
However, three councillors were unavailable for last night’s reconvened meeting, including Joanna Gash and Andrew Guile who were at the function last week, and Greg Watson.
All three voted to adjourn the meeting last week.
It was hard to miss the disappointment in Cr Alldrick’s voice last night, when attendance was raised.
“I would just like to point out three councillors are away tonight,” Cr Alldrick said.
“And two of the councillors missing left for the function last week.”
