A third man charged over an alleged armed robbery in Huskisson in December last year and a series of carjackings and police pursuits has appeared in court.

Jack Daniel Boney, 26, of Lurnea faced nine charges including robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon, three counts of being carried in a conveyance without permission, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take and drive motor vehicle in company, destroying property in company with fire, using an offensive weapon in company to prevent detention and aggravated break and enter in company.
The charges stem from an alleged armed hold up of a jewellery store in Owen Street, Huskisson around 5pm on December 12 last year.
Officers were told three men, armed with a firearm, assaulted the store owner and stole cash and jewellery at the Treasure Cove Jewellery Store before forcing a woman from her car and escaping in the stolen vehicle, which was found nearby a short time later.
It is alleged the group performed a similar act, stealing another car in Vincentia and also destroyed another vehicle by setting it on fire.
Police found the group and followed their vehicle down a bush track at Tomerong, where the offenders allegedly dumped the car, with one producing a firearm and confronting police before fleeing into bushland.
It is alleged they stole another vehicle to escape the area.
Court papers said Boney was one of two men who broke into a home in Nowra In the early hours of the next day.
In Nowra Local Court Boney did not apply for bail which was formally refused by Magistrate Gabriel Fleming and he will appear in court on April 17.
Two co-accused Gregory Elliott, 37, also known as Gregory Peck, of Revesby Heights, Sydney and Jimmaley Boney, 28, of Wagga Wagga have also appeared in court over the incident facing a variety of charges.
Elliott faces eight charges, including armed robbery, two counts of being carried in conveyance, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take motor vehicle, destroying property in company by fire, police pursuit and aggravated break and enter to commit serious indictable offence.
Boney faces 12 charges including robbery armed with a dangerous weapon, two counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of stealing a motor vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take motor vehicle, destroying property, using an offensive weapon to prevent arrest and two counts of being carried in a car without permission.
They did not apply for bail which was formally refused and will reappear in court on April 17.
