TWO men charged over an armed robbery, a series of car jackings and police pursuits in Huskisson last December have appeared in Nowra court.

Gregory Elliott, 37, also known as Gregory Peck, of Revesby Heights, Sydney and Jimmaley Boney, 28, of Wagga Wagga appeared in Nowra Local Court both facing a variety of charges.
Elliott faces eight charges, including armed robbery, two counts of being carried in conveyance, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take motor vehicle, destroying property in company by fire, police pursuit and aggravated break and enter to commit serious indictable offence.
Boney faces 12 charges including robbery armed with a dangerous weapon, two counts of aggravated robbery, three counts of stealing a motor vehicle, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take motor vehicle, destroying property, using an offensive weapon to prevent arrest and two counts of being carried in a car without permission.
The charges stem from a series of brazen crimes that shocked the Shoalhaven.
It is alleged the pair were part of a group that held up a jewellery store in Owen Street, Huskisson around 5pm on December 12 last year.
Officers were told three men armed with a firearm assaulted the store owner and stole cash and jewellery at the Treasure Cove Jewellery Store before escaping in a stolen car, which was found nearby a short time later.
It is alleged the men carjacked two cars, with a 43-year-old woman injured during one of the incidents when she was run over.
Police patrols located the men on Jervis Bay Road, with a pursuit started but terminated due to the manner of driving.
The vehicle was spotted by police a short time later, who followed it down a bush track at Tomerong, where the offenders allegedly dumped the car, with one producing a firearm and confronting police before fleeing into bushland.
Despite extensive police searches the trio managed to evade capture, allegedly stealing another vehicle which police spotted and tried to stop before pursuing it to Nowra where the men dumped the car and again fled on foot.
Elliott was arrested around 2am [December 13] after a home invasion in Morton Parade, Nowra, where he allegedly tried to force an occupant of the property to drive him to another location in a car.
It is alleged Boney broke into a home in Douglas Street, Nowra making off with an Isuzu ute before allegedly stealing another vehicle.
He was eventually arrested on December 16 in Campbelltown.
Boney and Elliott did not apply for bail which was formally refused and they reappear in court on April 17.
Boney also faces an additional eight charges linked to an attempted armed robbery of a Caltex service station in Wagga while allegedly armed with a machete in November last year.
He is also charged with aggravated robbery of another man, two counts of stealing a vehicle, two counts of police pursuit reckless driving and using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention, where it was alleged he used a car to ram through a gateway following a pursuit, narrowly missing police officers.
A third man was arrested in Liverpool on December 17 over the alleged Huskisson robbery.
The 26-year-old was charged with nine offences, including robbery while armed with dangerous weapon, three counts of being carried in conveyance, two counts of aggravated assault with intent to take and drive in company, destroying property in company by fire, using a weapon to avoid apprehension and aggravated break, enter and steal.
He was refused bail and will appear in Campbelltown Court on February 28.
