Milford will make a return from shoulder surgery off the bench, alongside Gerringong’s Korbin Sims, in the match in Port Moresby.
This will be Sims second game back after returning from a broken arm, which ruled him out of Fiji’s World cup campaign.
"I’m slowly getting there," Sims said.
"I am still working on my fitness thing and a few things with skills, but with my arm it is feeling good."
Sam Scarlett will start in the halves alongside Kodi Nikorima, with Milford to join the fray at some stage of the game against the Intrust Super Cup champions of last year.
The Broncos will be looking to build on their 38-10 victory against the Gold Coast Titans at the weekend in Toowoomba.
The match is scheduled to kick-off at 3.30pm Saturday (PNG time).
