The Nowra Aquatic Centre’s water was almost boiling because the swimmers were in red hot form.
All the swimmers did well and many fast times were recorded as the day progressed.
It was also good to see the students, when they were not competing, cheering and supporting their friends.
The parents and carers, who got to attend the event, also had fun watching all the great races.
The swimmers who qualified are now looking forward to participating in the upcoming representative swimming carnival season.
Good luck to all the competitors who will be taking part in representative carnivals in the future.
Some of these swimmers just might end up going onto to achieve bigger and better things in the future.
