Endeavor Energy works to restore Nowra power outage

Update: 4.55pm

Endeavour Energy continues to work on restoring power to parts of Nowra and Worrigee.

Power went out around 3.32pm to close to 1400 homes.

Endeavour Energy spokesperson Janine Cullen said power has been restored to a number of homes with just 414 currently without power.

4pm: Power out in parts of Nowra and Worrigee

Power outages are being reported in parts in Nowra and Worrigee.

Endeavour Energy reports that 1380 households lost power round 3.32pm on Wednesday.

The traffic lights at the intersection of the Princes Highway and Kalandar Street are blacked out, while it is understood the Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen’s Sports Club at Worrigee is also without electricity.

Endeavour Energy spokesperson Janine Cullen said crews were out partrolling the area in an attempt to find the fault.
