The Disability Services Australia run event will be held over the next three Fridays from 5.30pm to 7pm at 130 MacLeans Point Road, Sanctuary Point.
The cooking sessions are open to everyone across the Shoalhaven.
Each week participants take home the delicious meal you have created, as well as the recipe.
The first session saw attendees cook vegetable couscous salad. Each person chopped their own vegetables, enjoyed half, and then took half home with them.
Each session you attend you receive an entry in the draw to win your own Fitbit. The prize will be drawn on February 23.
Over the next three remaining weeks the focus will be on fresh, easy meals anyone can cook with ingredients you should have in the cupboard and fridge.
To sign up contact Brittni on 0490 422 292 or email briddle@dsa.org.au to book. Limited spots are available. Bookings are essential.
