Most teams would have started their pre-season training, in what can only be described as hot and testing conditions, by now.
Players would hope all their hard and hot training will pays off when the season starts.
Last season in first grade Jamberoo Superoos won its first Group 7 premiership in the top grade in 43 years and defeated the Kiama Knights 18-14 at the Collegians Sporting Complex.
The Roos will be looking to go for two titles in a row but the other side won’t be giving them a free run.
From a Shoalhaven point-of-view all eyes will be on the Nowra Bomaderry Jets, the Berry Shoalhaven Heads Magpies and the Ulladulla Bulldogs.
The season starts early April and good luck to all teams.
