At Bomaderry Oval, Bomaderry took on North Nowra-Cambewarra for a spot in the decider, with the latter winning the toss and electing to bowl.
The hosts started poorly, losing Michael Coulter (zero) in the first over, before Josh Coulter (25) and Nick McDonald (27) steadied the ship.
But the constant fall of wickets, including Blake Munilla for just nine, kept Norths in the match.
But damaging knocks from Zac Blattner (50) and Travis Roth (40) helped the Tigers reach 203 from 44.3 overs.
Best for Norths with the ball were Hayden Strand and Damian Spelta, who both claimed two wickets.
In reply, Norths started slowly and never really got going – being all out 132 in the 36th over – with Jack Carter (42) top-scoring.
The chief destroyers for Bomaderry were skipper Nick McDonald (5/36), Michael Coulter (3/32) and Justin Ganderton (2/20).
In the other semi-final, Ex-Servos held on for a tight victory against Bay and Basin at Hayden Drexel Oval.
The hosts sent Basin in, which saw them make 7/209, with Kyle Jarrett leading the way with 64.
Best for the hosts with the ball were Mathew Ganderton and Matt Tyler, who claimed 2/29 and 2/35 respectively.
In response, handy knocks from Daniel Gleeson (81), Graham Phillis (43) and Chris Bramley (42) steered the hosts past the total (7/210) with an over to spare.
Both Nathan Tyrrell (3/38) and Liam O’Brien (3/44) did what they could for Basin with the ball.
Bomaderry and Ex-Servos will now face off in the grand final on Sunday, January 28 at Bomaderry Oval from 10.30am.
In second grade, the final will be played Nowra and Batemans Bay, following Sunday’s two semi-finals. Nowra’s match against North-Nowra Cambewarra at the Nowra Showground was washed, while the Bay defeated Berry-Shoalhaven Heads at the Berry Sporting Complex.
In third grade, Sussex Inlet, who defeated Batemans Bay, will battle Bay and Basin, who defeated Nowra, in the decider, while in fourth grade Bomaderry, who edged out Berry-Shoalhaven Heads, will take on Bay and Basin, who defeated North Nowra-Cambewarra.
