Barry Taylor, 69, flipped his car onto its roof while driving along Culburra Road at around 8am on October 2.
The Culburra resident was driving to work that morning after a night of heavy drinking.
A blood alcohol test at hospital returned a reading of .162.
He pleaded guilty to high range drink driving at Nowra Local Court on Monday.
His suspension has been backdated to the day of the crash.
