At the time, Benjamin Perez, 31, was so drunk he couldn’t speak after two bottles of sambuca, half a bottle of bourbon and a bottle of wine.
He was spotted urinating on a driveway, and his neighbour went out to confront him.
The 31-year-old then struck his older neighbour with a closed fist on the mouth, causing pain and bleeding.
The matter was heard at Nowra Local Court on Monday.
