A Sanctuary Point man facing a number of traffic offences including drink driving and having two unrestrained passengers in the boot of his car has appeared in court.

Ayden Jonathon Tapp, 23, did not enter any pleas to the charges of mid range drink driving, reckless driving and driving with two unrestrained passengers.
Tapp was stopped by police around 12.45am on November 18 on The Park Drive at Sanctuary Point.
Police stopped the vehicle and found five people in the car, with a check of the boot revealing two more unrestrained passengers.
A roadside breath test provided a positive result, with Tapp later returning a breath reading at the Huskisson Police Station of 0.106, a mid range offence.
His driver's licence was suspended on the spot.
Tapp will reappear in court on January 22.
Tapp was caught by police patrolling in an unmarked vehicle in the area as part of Operation Henson, targeting dangerous drivers in the Bay and Basin area.
