Do you have some musically inclined kids looking to further their talents this school holidays?

Musician, songwriter and producer Paul Greene is offering 35 young people aged 10 and over the opportunity to learn from his wealth of experience.

Workshops will be held from Monday, January 8 to Wednesday, January 10 from 9am to 3pm at Callala Bay.

Participants will discuss music and songs, write in a group, collaborate, and record their own songs, as well as participate in group lessons and learn guitar, piano, bass, drums and singing with lots of hands on activities, as well as work with a group of like-minded people.

With Paul’s guidance, everyone will record their songs from scratch, and go home with a recording of it.

Experience is not required, only enthusiasm. Everyone will need a pen and a journal, a USB thumb drive and a water bottle. Instruments will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Cost is $80 for one day, $160 for day two and three or $200 for all three days. Tickets are available at www.trybooking.com/TIQG and South Coast Tickets.

The event will be held at the Callala Progress Hall, 69 Boorawine Terrace, Callala Bay.
