Tristan David Stevens, 20, of Bellambi, faces five charges from an alleged incident at Yerriyong, west of Nowra in early November.
Stevens is charged with driving a motor vehicle that menaced another person with intent, reckless driving and being an unaccompanied learner driver. He also faces charges of damaging property and common assault.
The charges stem from an alleged incident at Mint Bush Fire Trail and Deans Gap Roads at Yerriyong on November 4.
It is alleged between 9.30pm and 10.30pm Stevens drove a Toyota Hilux in a menacing manner at another man, was an unaccompanied learner driver and was driving recklessly. It is also alleged he damaged the LCD screen in the dashboard of the Hilux and assaulted the vehicle’s owner.
He did not enter a plea in Nowra Local Court and is due to reappear on December 18.
