The conciliation conference will take place at the St Georges Basin Country Club at 10.30am.
“It’s means a lot to the community,” resident Narrell Brown said.
“It has far-reaching consequences for the whole of the Shoalhaven.”
There were 250 people at the most recent court hearing on a windy day outdoors, and more are expected to attend thanks to the indoor facility.
Rebecca Rudd, Philip Blackman, Greg Owen, Maureen Webb and Ashley Hale will all speak against the development planned for Anson Street.
Mrs Brown is holding out hope for their appeal, as Shoalhaven City Council has lodged height limitations with the department of planning.
