Burinaga and his team will travel to Bathurst, from January 15-18, to compete in the Bradman Cup – the state wide country championships.
This season, Burinaga, who captains the North Nowra-Cambewarra Maroons under 16s team, as well as playing second grade for the club, has scored 165 runs, at an average of 20.63 – with a high score of 37 not out.
Joining Burinaga in the team are Felix Ford (ACT), Ryan Emmerick (Highlands), Angus Jones (ACT), Tom Phelps (ACT), Callum Barton (South Coast), Aiden Cowie (ACT), Abdullah Haroon (ACT), Hugo Ikeda (South Coast), Jack Allen (Far South Coast), Jack Manners (ACT), Jack Castles (ACT) and Zac de Hossen (Highlands).
The team will be coached by Canberra’s Jake Floros and managed by Shoalhaven’s Chris Labb.
