An 80 year-old women suffered serious injuries after being trapped under a four wheel drive in the driveway of a McKay Street home in East Nowra.
Ambulance rescue officers worked to free the woman from the car that had also crashed into the house. She was then taken to Parramatta Park, where she boarded the ambulance helicopter.
The woman was airlifted to St Georges Hospital in a stable yet critical condition at 3.30pm on Tuesday.
The woman had suspected lower leg fractures and pelvic injuries.

An elderly woman is believed to be trapped under a car in the driveway of her Nowra home.
Emergency services are on the scene of the McKay Street residence.
A NSW Ambulance helicopter is waiting at Parramatta Park in East Nowra to airlift the woman to hospital.
