A boy has been taken to hospital with a broken arm after he fell out of a tree near Berry.

Paramedics were called to an area off Coolangatta Road about 1.30pm on Thursday following a report a child had fallen from a tree.
The 12-year-old was treated at the scene, where he was given pain relief, before being taken to Wollongong Hospital in a stable condition.
It is understood the boy fell about four metres and briefly lost consciousness after hitting the ground.
