The charges against George Anastasopoulos, 48, from Vincentia were heard before Magistrate Susan McIntyre in Sydney Downing Centre on Wednesday, November 22.
Anastasopoulos had previously pleaded not guilty to the charge where it was alleged between 9am and 7pm on December 1 last year he knowingly supplied false documents to an investigator of the NSW Electoral Commission in an attempt to pervert the course of justice.
He still faces a charge of using a false document to influence exercise of public duty, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Papers said the false document was an invoice from Select Print Solution for $1900, which Anastasopoulos allegedly presented, knowing it to be false, but for a person to accept it as genuine to influence the exercise of public duty, an investigation by the NSW Electoral Commission.
The matter will be back in court on November 29.
