The siblings, in this Shoalhaven District Cricket Association fourth grade match, dominated things with the bat.
They came together with the score at 0/6 and helped steer their team to 9/157.
Nowra struggled with the bat and was all out for just 83 runs.
Alec made 31 runs with two boundaries and Hugh belted 42 runs with three boundaries.
Brad Page 22 runs and Tom Troy 16 runs also contributed to Berry’s winning total.
Aaron Turner, Jarrod Horton and Garry Downey took two wickets apiece for Nowra.
Grahame Morris with 15 runs was the only player for Nowra able to get into double figures.
Hugh capped off a great game for Berry by taking three wickets.
Sussex Inlet v North Nowra Cambewarra
North Nowra Cambewarra was too strong for Sussex Inlet on Saturday at the Thompson Street Sporting Complex and recorded an impressive victory.
Norths made 6/187 in its innings and then bowled Sussex out for 116 runs.
Toby Huard led the batting charge for Norths with his impressive 86 runs which included three sixes and three boundaries.
Angus Rhodes also played well for Norths and his 32 runs was highlighted by two sixes and a boundary.
Adam Sargood bowled strongly for Sussex and got a four wicket haul.
Christian Sargood’s lower order 43 run effort with six boundaries was the highlight of the Sussex batting effort.
Blake Dixon and Murray Roach took three wickets each for Norths.
Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen v Ulladulla United
Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen had a few nervous moments on the way to beating Ulladulla United on Saturday at Lyrebird Sports Park.
United batted first made 117 runs and Exservos just got home with 7/118 runs.
Greg Howarth 42 with five boundaries and Darren Smith 27 runs also with five boundaries helped get United a reasonable score.
Bryce Goldfinch and Aldrin Sarkar were strong with the ball for Exservos and picked up four wicket hauls.
Thanks to Michael O'Brien 23 runs, Tor Janes 19 runs, Darcy Hopkins 18 runs and Luke Hopper 17 runs Exservos managed to get the required runs.
Greg Howarth and Darren Smith each took two wickets for United.
The Bomaderry and Bay and Basin match was called off due to the wet conditions.
