Jervis Bay Maritime Museum hosted a wooden boat festival, with a range of exhibits and workshops in Huskisson from November 10-12. Exhibitors spent many hours preparing boats, model boats and sculpting wooden surfboards.
The event allowed members of the community to admire the beauty of timber vessels and the skills involved to craft them.
The craftsmen were more than willing to open up about their trade or hobby, and show people what was required in building the items on display.
There were also artworks on display, depicting boats and their sculptors.
The family-friendly event also included a range of fun activities for the kids, including a scavenger hunt and a pirate show.
Radio-controlled vessels set sail in the pond on the museum grounds, entertaining visitors.
