Expressions of interest for a prominent South Nowra business location have been extended until next week.
The former Tyco Flow Control and Pentair site on the corner of Flinders and Albatross roads in the Flinders Industrial Estate is up for sale.
The site boasts two separate, adjoining land titles totalling 5.578 hectares, including a 3.142 hectare allotment featuring 9,300 square metre warehouse and a 2,300 square metre office facility, which the vendor is willing to lease-back if required.
There is also an adjoining 2.436 hectare vacant allotment.
Both lots are predominately level, with wide street frontages, featuring flexible IN1 General Industrial Zoning, providing a wide range of general industrial and warehouse land uses.
There is the possibility to purchase either lot individually or combined.
Over the years the location has been home to various companies including Keystone Valve, Keystone Pacific International, Tyco and Pentair and now Emerson, a parent company of Pentair.
Expressions of interest close November 9 and are available through MMJ Wollongong and Integrity Real Estate Nowra.
