It was a hot day, so hot that all of the free water bottles distributed by Shoalhaven Water were gone by lunch time.
That didn’t stop people from picking a vantage spot in the shade and enjoying the entertainment.
On the water, jet-skiers provided a cool off for kids who stood in the Splash Zone.
Water skiers, a wake boarder and other various skiers left the crowd awestruck with their tricks.
The food stalls did a roaring trade, and ice cream was a favourite for those who could polish it off before it melted.
There were cooking demonstrations by TV personalities, and a plethora of volunteer organisations fundraising at stalls.
Aspiring artists were able to contribute in painting a boat, weavers made baskets, and kids kicked footys around a sculpture.
Everyone is looking forward to the fireworks at 9pm.
