Colliers International have offered for sale, through expressions of interest, the soon to be opened service centre at the intersection of the Princes Highway, Plunkett Street and Haigh Avenue.
The centre will comprise a brand-new service centre including a convenience store, with premium lease covenants from blue-chip multinational tenants McDonald’s and BP, as well as ASX listed national retailer Autobarn.
The $2.9 million complex is due to open in the second week of November.
The strategic 5583 square metre corner site benefits from prime 75m frontage to the Princes Highway, utilised by 52,000 vehicles per week.
The centre boasts a rare 20-year McDonald’s lease and a $695,325 per annum net income on completion.
Expressions of Interest for the Nowra Service Centre close with Colliers International on Thursday, November 16 at 2pm (AEDT).
Meanwhile, another piece of prime CBD commercial land right next door is also on the market.
The 600.71 square metre location on the corner of Plunkett Street and Haigh Avenue, the home of Moto Parts On The Move is also set to be auctioned on Thursday, November 9 in Nowra.
Zoned B4 (mixed use) the property boasts a 355 square metre building and is being offered for sale by Integrity Real Estate.
