Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was seriously assaulted at Culburra on Saturday night.

Police have been told a 17-year-old boy was with a group of friends at a campfire on Culburra Beach about 10.15pm.
A group of men approached the group before striking the boy with a bottle and punching him repeatedly in the face.
The victim was taken to Shoalhaven Hospital, suffering a suspected fractured jaw.
Police attached to Shoalhaven Local Area Command attended and have commenced an investigation.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
