At 12pm all eyes will be on the cow in the meadow nearby, and where it does its business.
Yes, in a fascinating tradition, the school will give $1000 to the person who predicts where the cow pat lands.
Tipsters pay $1 a square to enter the competition, and hope the cow gravitates towards their square.
Kids will also be central in entertaining fair-goers on Saturday, singing and playing instruments.
All school kids contributed by painting artwork to be sold at the fair in a silent auction.
The HMAS Albatross helicopter will land at the school at 10am.
There will be stalls with cakes, jams and homemade craft, and plenty to eat for lunch.
There will be rides and games available to keep the kids entertained.
