Nowra Hill Public School’s principal Gordon Parrish was doused head to toe in coloured chalk on Saturday, at the end of a successful fete in the school’s 150th year.

“We’ve had an awesome turnout today,” he said.
“We’ve had a dance school, martial arts, dog trainers, and a talent quest.”
The school hosted a unique colour run, allowing kids to raise funds for the school by attaining sponsors.
Kids ran around a course, raising funds for every lap they did.
By the end, they were covered in coloured chalk, and very happy.
