Motorists are advised changed traffic conditions will be in place this week on the Princes Highway at Falls Creek.

For the safety of workers and motorists, temporary traffic changes will be in place including lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h during work hours.

Roads and Maritime Services will carry out road resealing work on the highway between Jervis Bay Road and Mortimer Road.

Road works will finish on Friday 13 October, weather permitting.

The first stage of work will be between Mortimer and Willowgreen roads and will take place during the day between 7am and 5pm, weather permitting.

To minimise the impact to motorists, the next stage of work between Willowgreen and Jervis Bay roads will take place at night between 7pm and 5am.

Motorists should allow up to 10 minutes additional travel time during the work.

Motorists are advised to keep to the speed limits and follow the direction of traffic controllers and signs.
