FUN AND GAMES: Handball enthusiasts Hunter Woods. Mitch Clark, Charlize Watson and Holly Barrett encourage everyone to join the fun this weekend.

They’re the self-declared “home of handball” and Nowra Hill Public School is gearing up to spring into their 150 year celebrations this weekend.

The country fair will kick-off on Saturday, October 14 from 10am to 3pm at the school grounds, 382b BTU Road, Nowra Hill.

There will be plenty of fun and games for everyone, including a talent quest, colour run, vintage cars and entertainment galore.

A petting zoo and heart-stopping rides will also deliver the goods.

Grab a delicious treat at one of the many food stalls and browse the market stalls set up throughout the school grounds.

A history of the school, including the origin of its bold handball claims, will also be on display.
