SBUG: Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group

Shoalhaven Bicycle User Group rides this week includes Thursday’s midweek mountain bike ride. It’s 30km, moderate pace, sealed and unsealed roads, fire trails and bush tracks. 

The ride will start at 8.30am from the Worrigee bus shelter outside the Shoalhaven Crematorium on Worrigee Road. Cycling to Callala Beach/Bay through the Currambene State Forest, stopping for refreshments wherever the Arnold Vintage Coffee Van is located on the day. Contact Rod: 0428 211 487.

On Sunday, October 15,  is the “Cycle Sydney” event –  North Sydney to Sydney Olympic Park; an event organised by Bicycle NSW.

The 105km Challenge Ride takes in the best of the City along the Sydney City Ride route before taking riders through the Inner West, Parramatta, Prospect Dam, Western Sydney Parklands and into Sydney Olympic Park.

The 50km Classic Ride goes across the Harbour Bridge and through the streets of Sydney – traffic free!

The 16km River Ride explores the amazing Parramatta Valley cycleway along the Parramatta River. 

The 10km Sydney City Ride is the chance to ride across the Sydney Harbour Bridge traffic FREE.
