Usually the matters would be put to bed a month later, but Shoalhaven council has announced it will hold an extra ordinary meeting on Monday at 5pm – two weeks earlier than expected.
A slight majority of councillors voted in favour of filing a development application for the Yerriyong motor sports complex.
This was stalled, and is likely to get the green light on Monday – no councillors have indicated publicly they have changed their mind on the decision.

A strong majority of councillors voted in favour of applying to IPART for another rate rise.
This matter will also be finalised on Monday night.
FOR: Cr Annette Alldrick, Mayor Amanda Findley, Cr John Levett, Cr Kaye Gartner, Cr Nina Cheyne, Cr John Wells, Cr Patricia White, Cr Jo Gash
AGAINST: Cr Mitchell Pakes, Cr Greg Watson, Cr Bob Proudfoot
ABSENT: Cr Mark Kitchener, Cr Andrew Guile (both are likely to vote against the rate rise, based on previous decisions at council, however their votes won’t be enough to prevent the motion from going through.)
Meanwhile, Cr Guile has accused Cr Gash of incompetence for handing over an incomplete document on the Yerriyong motor sports complex.
Cr Gash had lauded the document as supporting evidence for the venture.
However, she left out more than 20 pages from the 69-page business plan when she handed it over to council.
Cr Gash said it was an honest mistake, and handed over the missing pages to council on Wednesday afternoon.
“That part of the business plan is strictly confidential,” she said.
